Our Chinchilla Items are made-to-order and completely customizable. Each House or Daybed is made of a sturdy plastic canvas frame, which is then covered in fleece. A removable, machine washable pillow is included with each item, as well as hardware for securing to your cage. We use hidden seams wherever possible. All of our cuddle buddies are fleece-stuffed for comfort and safety.

Washing instructions: We recommend hand washing the houses/daybeds, though some may be able to go through the washing machine on cold, delicate cycle (if they fit). If you put in the washing machine, the plastic frame may bend slightly and need to be reformed. Do not put any item containing plastic canvas in the dryer! All hammocks, buddies, and pillows can be machine washed and dried.

Special Order Fleece: If you would like your order made from a fleece that you saw online or one that is not available/in stock at the moment, please email us for a quote on price and order processing time. We may charge an additional fee per yard to cover shipping of special orders.

Shipping: We ship our products on Saturdays. The average amount of time to make a set start-to-finish is approximately 3-5 days, so please keep this in mind when you buy (orders placed after Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Saturday).
